X Verified Organizations Ads Credit Terms
Verified Organizations Full Access monthly subscribers receive $1000 in Ads Credits (the “Credits”) every 30 days for a limited period of time. Verified Organizations Basic monthly subscribers receive a $200 in ads credit every 30 days for a limited period of time. Annual Full Access subscribers recieve one $10,000 credit per year and Basic subscribers receive one $2000 credit per year, for a limited period of time.
The Credits expire after 30 days, including any unused portion. This offer only applies to Verified Organizations that have paid for their subscription via our payment processor, Stripe. X reserves the right to determine how many times it issues the ads credits.
The Credits may be used solely to purchase X Ads, and may not be used for any other purpose.
The Credits are not redeemable for any value and are not refundable. The Credits may not be sold, licensed or otherwise transferred.
The Credits may not be aggregated or combined with any other offer.
If User’s ads account currency differs from US Dollars, an equivalent value of the Credits will be applied in User’s account currency (the rate of exchange shall be determined in X’s sole and absolute discretion).
User’s ads account must have a valid credit card on file.User will not receive a notification once the Credits have been used. Any additional costs incurred through User’s ads account will be charged to the credit card or other payment method linked to User’s account.
The Credits apply to future X Ads purchases only and cannot be used to pay amounts already owed.
Your advertising activity remains subject to X’s Ads policies and other applicable agreements, and violations, including but not limited to your payment for ads within the required timeframe, may result in your suspension or removal from the X Ads program and voids the Credits. You may be ineligible for this offer if your account has previously been determined to be in violation of X’s ads policies. This offer is not available in any jurisdiction where it would be inconsistent with the laws of that jurisdiction. X reserves the right to modify or revoke this offer and/or change its terms at any time, without notice, in its sole discretion, including but not limited to for violation of its rules, policies, misuse, legal, business, and financial reasons.
