How to use X Pro

X Pro offers a more convenient X experience by letting you view multiple timelines in one easy interface. It includes a host of advanced features to help get the most of X: Manage multiple X accounts, schedule posts for posting in the future, build post collections, and more.

Getting started with X Pro
How to start using X Pro
  1. Go to the X Pro website.
  2. Log in with your X account. We recommend that you use a X account that is not shared with other individuals.
  3. Once you're logged in, you can connect multiple X accounts to your X Pro account.

How to connect multiple X accounts in your X Pro
  1. Click your profile photo in the navigation bar.
  2. Click on Manage accounts.
  3. Click Add an existing account.
  4. In the new window, enter the username or email and password of the account.
  5. You’re ready to use X Pro with multiple accounts!
How to remove an account from X Pro
  1. Click your profile photo in the navigation bar.
  2. Switch to the account you wish to remove.
  3. Click Log out.

How to create a post in X Pro


The post composer in X Pro makes it easy to join the conversation, whether you want to share what’s happening with words, images, or video.

  1. Click post while logged into your X account.
  2. If you’re logged into multiple accounts, confirm you are logged into the X account you’d like to post from.
  3. Compose your post with text. Include an image or video by selecting the Media button.
  4. Click post to share.
     

Using X Pro columns


Instead of a single timeline, X Pro allows you to add columns to display specific content that interests you and view them side by side. Add columns that show all your mentions, the results of a search query, a list of likes, the latest posts from a hashtag or trend, etc.
 

To add a column:

  1. From the navigation bar, select Add column. 
  2. Select the type of column you would like to add.

Note: You can also create columns using information based on actions from other accounts. Click on the account username and choose from actions such as their mentions, lists, collections, or likes.

To remove a column:

  1. Click the filter icon  in the column header, next to the column title.
  2. Click the Delete column button to delete a column.

 

Column reordering:

Easily rearrange the order of columns in X Pro with just a click.

  1. Click the 6 dot icon at the top of a column and drag it to the position you prefer.

 

Types of X Pro columns and what they display:

  • Home: Home timeline for any specific account.
  • Notifications: Notifications for a specific account, including when the account's posts. are Reposted, liked, or mentioned, and when someone follows the account.
  • Search: A specific search term.
  • Lists: Create or connect a list you already follow.
  • Communities: View the Communities that you're a part of.
  • Explore: Show the explore tab to see what's trending.
  • Bookmarked posts: A timeline of posts, hand-selected by you.
  • Profiles: Find a profile and see what they've been up to.
  • Messages (one account): Direct Messages for a specific account.
  • Scheduled: Your scheduled posts.
