How to like a Tweet
Likes are represented by a small heart and are used to show appreciation for a Tweet. You can view the Tweets you've liked from your profile page by clicking or tapping into the Likes tab.
How to like a Tweet
- Click or tap the like icon and it will turn red, confirming that you've liked the Tweet.
- You can also like a Tweet from an account's profile page and a Tweet's permalink page.
- To undo a like: Click or tap the liked icon
Note: If you like Tweets by accounts who have protected their Tweets, the update will not appear in the Likes tab on your profile (unless the viewer is a follower of the Tweet's author).
How do I see what other people have liked?
See what other people have liked by going to their profile:
- From the Twitter for iOS or Android app: Navigate to the profile of the account and tap Likes.
- Via twitter.com: Navigate to the profile page of the account and click on Likes at the top of their Tweet timeline.
