PostDeck Preview Program

Thank you for taking the time to participate in and provide us feedback on the preview of our  postDeck redesign (“Program”). The Program and your participation in the Program is subject to X Terms of Service, the X Rules and our Privacy Policy as well as the terms and conditions below. 

By participating in the Program, you agree to provide feedback, analysis, suggestions, and comments to X (including, but not limited to, bug reports, and test results) (collectively, “Feedback”) through our forms. When you submit Feedback, X, or its service providers, will automatically collect certain information, such as your username, information about your device, network connectivity, and X app information. By participating in the Program, you agree that any Feedback you provide will become the property of X, and you agree that X may use or otherwise exploit all or part of your Feedback or any derivative thereof in any manner or media now known without any further remuneration, compensation, or credit to you. You represent and warrant that you have the right to participate in the Program and assign and grant the rights set forth herein, and that any Feedback which is provided by you hereunder is original work made solely by you and does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. X makes no guarantee or representation as to whether or not your Feedback regarding the Program will be used. You agree that you are participating in the Program on a purely voluntary basis and that you will not be entitled to and will not receive any compensation for your participation. Nothing herein or in your participation in the Program creates any employment relationship between you and X.

You agree that your participation in the Program is for evaluation of Program features which: (i) may not be made available to you indefinitely and/or in a general release of any postDeck or X products or features; and/or may only be made available for a fee. You also agree that we are not obligated to provide you any maintenance, support, or technical services in connection with your participation in the Program. 

You may discontinue your participation in the Program at any time. X may, in its sole discretion, at any time, terminate or discontinue the Program, or discontinue your participation in the Program. Our ownership of your already-submitted Feedback as well as X’s disclaimers and limitations on X's liability set forth in our Terms of Service survive any termination or cancellation of the Program and/or your participation in the Program.
