What’s happening is replacing Happening Now on X.com and will help you stay informed about important national and global events. We created What’s happening so you are up-to-date with the latest news. What’s happening is curated content injected right into your Home timeline. For events that are highly newsworthy and in the public interest (i.e. COVID-19, elections, natural disasters), and where high-quality, trustworthy information is paramount, these will be inserted directly into your Home timeline. If you are not interested and wish to no longer see these events on your Home timeline, on X.com you can simply click on the  icon in the drop down menu in the upper right hand corner and choose Not interested in this.
